All sales of Firearms and Ammunition are final. No exceptions.

After purchasing a firearm, if you discover any issues or problems with the firearm, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranty.

If you need assistance with returning a firearm to the manufacturer for warranty, please use KCI's contact form and will will assist you.

In the event the product is defective, please refer to the manufacturer warranty.
