Why does KCI Firearms invoice some customers?KCI gives customers an opportunity to go to and shop various firearms websites; and then customers can compile a list of what they want to buy. KCI will process that list and invoice the customer with discounted price for the items on the list. Customers are able to purchase those exact same products but at KCI's discount prices. Most important: FIREARMS MUST BE BOUGHT FROM AND SOLD TO FFL DEALERS. KCI Firearms is a FFL DEALER and must invoice customers to be in compliance.
-
How credible is KCI Firearms?KCI Firearm welcomes customers to verify our relationship with our Firearms dealers. If customers inquire about our FFL Dealer, Kenny Myers, verification will be completed satisfactorily.
-
Why do we need to use a FFL Dealer?Federal Law mandates that guns may only be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer. The dealer will ensure that you are legally allowed to purchase the gun under all Federal, State and Local Laws before completing the gun transfer. The majority of dealers charge a fee for this service that is NOT included in your purchase transaction(s).
-
What is FFL?FFL, or Federal Firearms License, is a license issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) that allows individuals or businesses to engage in the business of dealing, manufacturing, or importing firearms and ammunition.
-

-
Why is FFL important?FFLs ensure that businesses involved in firearms are operating legally and following regulations, and that firearms are being transferred to qualified individuals by qualified individuals.
